 That is just because this project is very VERY broken, but is used by a
 lot of key infrastructure, including Android and Chrome and even in space.
 What is worst here is that most patches to fix those problems are just one
 liners. Like was the case for all nvidia coder problems and eac3 encoder.

 Compared to you who knows the whole codebase and has patches to almost all
 files everybody will look like he knows nothing or is outright spreading
 disinformation. That is not an argument even if it does look like an
 argument to you.
