 Hi,

 I've built ffmpeg on CentOS 8.4 from source and there is no problem. It
 appears to be an issue with the static build only however as far as i'm
 aware there are no debug symbols for the static build. I understand this
 might not be the right place to report an issue with the ffmpeg static
 builds for centos but could you tell me where then if not here?
