These errors repeat every second, but ffplay still seems to decode it
correctly. In VLC this stream isn't even playable.
This is also reproducible with libx265 and hevc_nvenc encoders.
When stopping the ffmpeg encoding process and playing the remaining
streaming files again, such errors appear only for the first segment.
