 My FFMPEG version is: ffmpeg version N-103023-gc866a099b2 Copyright (c)
 2000-2021 the FFmpeg developers built with gcc 7 (Ubuntu
 7.5.0-3ubuntu1~18.04)

 Code from this comment has bug - artefact like line bottom on the video:

 I was trying h264_qsv (with movie clip H.264) and hevc_qsv (with movie
 clip HEVC) - problem is the same. Can you please fix it?
