 That is no longer the case with -vf scale=sws_dither=0 or
 -scale=sws_dither=none, both produce same results dufferent from auto
 dither.

 Please test! Please note that there still appears some dither from 10 bit
 to 8 bit that produces a pair of colors instead of one,
