I am trying to remux from MKV to MP4.
A tx3g stream containing subtitles keeps appearing out of nowhere.

Summary of the bug:
When '''an input video has chapters''' ''and'' '''the output format is
mp4''', an undesired subtitles stream is added, containing the texts
"Chapter 01", "Chapter 02" etc.
