Comment:

 >It is now even worse, seeking forward does not work.

 This indeed broke latest fmp4 stream of apple. Need to fix ASAP by
 applying fmp4 patches above.


 It ALSO APPEARS to cause a DOS and horrible crash of terminal app on
 windows. Older version of fmpeg works good enough.
