 JPEG 2000 does not specify a bit-exact decoder (for lossy codestreams),
 which is why some deviation is expected across decoders and across
 decoding paths in a given decoder.

 ISO/IEC 15444-4 | Rec. ITU-T T.803 (J2K conformance testing) specifies
 tolerances for decoding of lossy codestreams.
