 What mailing list should I email for the attachments? I used
 streams.videolan.org/upload/ to upload three files:
 7s-sinetone-sample.wav --> sample.wav
 7s-sinetone-sample.mlp --> sample.mlp
 Decoded-7s-sinetone-sample.wav --> D_sample.wav
