It is mostly lossless with our own decoder. But not with official Plex
EAE.exe, that uses Dolby SDK or with LG C9 OLED TV HW decoder. See my bug:

Do you have any idea how to make Dolby TrueHD encoder on par with Dolby
Media Encoder and ESPECIALLY with old lossless Dolby Encoder? Because as
of now the compression produces too big thd files.

To Dolby too? Because Dolby Media encoder is not lossless.
