 I don't remember where I've found this. Most probably it's not from the
 official documentation:

 The first ctrl-c interrupts the transcoding process and starts flushing.
 The second ctrl-c interrupts the flushing itself.
 Three ctrl-c in a row interrupts everything immediately.
