[FFmpeg-user] Exclude ALL Metadata?

I'm not sure it will work, but you can try with the following command:
ffmpeg -i original.mp3 -acodec copy -map_metadata -1,g:-1,g
-map_metadata -1,s0:-1,s0 notags.mp3
This tells ffmpeg to strip both global (g) metadata and metadata for the
first stream (s0).
