[FFmpeg-user] libschroedinger and ffmpeg compilation under MinGW

Wow, thank you!
The configure seems to run smoothly now. Make made some crash which was
POSIX pthreads related. It was solved by adding the '--enable-w32threads' to
the FFmpeg options.
