Hi
While mp3 file is playing in VLC.
Look in Tools > Codec Information > Statistics
It will probably show 'Content bitrate 128Kb/s'.
Even though in Tools > Codec Information > Codec Details
It will probably show 'Bitrate 56kb/s'.
