[FFmpeg-user] Converting .MXF to .wmv (or even .flv)

I'm trying to use ffmpeg to convert .MXF (Material eXchange Format) files
(video and audio) to preferably .wmv, but I'd settle for .flv at this point. 
Has anyone does this and could you post the ffmpeg parameters?  Thanks.
