[FFmpeg-user] -t option is ignored

While this may not make any difference for you specific problem 
(I don't know), please understand that this is an intentionally 
broken version of FFmpeg with several hundred regressions, many 
of them security relevant. We therefore cannot support it, 
please see http://ffmpeg.org/download.html for supported versions.
