The sample decodes fine with ffmpeg here.
Since it contains more than one video stream, you may 
have to use -map (depending on which video stream you 
want to encode).

If you need more help, please do not hesitate to ask, 
but please also provide a failing command line together 
with complete, uncut console output on the mailing list.
