I'm sure it'll be supported at some point (either through a 3rd party
library or though ffmpeg's own code), but HVEC/H.265 won't be
finalized until early next year, so there's still a bit of time to
wait anyway. Exactly when ffmpeg will support it, I don't know, but I
wouldn't expect anything until HVEC has actually been finished.
