[FFmpeg-user] Input to ffmpeg from Sony HDR-XR550 video camera

Hi

I have a setup where I get input to ffmpeg from dvgrab through a pipe, 
ie. `dvgrab -format dv1 - | ffmpeg -f dv -i - . . . `. This works fine 
for my low budget Canon DV camera.

This way I work with the video using ffmpeg as the video is recorded by 
the camera.

Now I have a much better Sony HRD-XR550 HD camera and I simply can not 
find a way to get the output from the camera into ffmpeg!

Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
