the option was long enough "vpre"
let me guess - you are one of the people tried to fork ffmpeg
"ffmpeg is no longer maintained" is simply a lie
the truth is ffmpeg is more maintained than ever before
that the whole ffmpeg-question does NOT belog to x264-devel is one topic
that some people tried to take over ffmpeg as libav and as it seems
lost the game (your lie is a good indicator for lost the game) is
a totally different one
i respect your work on x264, but what you are tyring here is poor

January 24, 2012, Forgotten Patches
FFmpeg development has gone into OVERDRIVE. Over the years we have missed patches, so we need your help to locate
old unapplied patches to review again.
If you find a patch that was never applied, please let us know, either by resubmitting it to ffmpeg-devel or by
attaching it to a bug on our bug tracker.
For example, did you know there was a patch to read DVDs with FFmpeg? Its now being reviewed and fixed up for
inclusion. Want to add BluRay support? We're interested!
