 "C:\Downloads\ffdebug2.tar\ffdebug2\ffmpeg.exe"
took 37.3s freeze's at frame 1964, 2201
took 42.9s freezes 767, 1361, 1812

Looks like it's not quite fixed yet, will ping the mingw-w64 guys and
let you know...
