Afaict, the problem described in this thread is only 
reproducible with one (?) Flash Player while the resulting 
file plays fine with MPlayer / ffplay.

Do you see the same problem?

In any case, please provide command line together with 
complete, uncut console output and point to a sample, 
if possible.
