[FFmpeg-user] Upgrade from FFMPEG Older to Newer Issues

We tried this other suggestion and it works :).  ffmpeg -i 'source.flv' -y -f 'mjpeg' -vframes '1' -vf 'scale=320:240' 'out.jpg'
