[FFmpeg-user] XvidExpert needed for "transcoding" xml into ffmpeg parameters

It's not meant in the sense that I wouldn't do it if I had the time. 
Also I tried to find long enough finding a solution. I don't know why 
someone with with not that much experience should do that if someone 
more experienced user with the program could help and save hours of 
frustration?
I wanted to use ffmpeg for my programm but this really seems too much 
work. So if someone who knows the parameters could help I would be very 
glad.
