[FFmpeg-user] How to Decode h264 Video Stream?

Hi All,
  
 I'm new of FFmpeg, I want to decode an h264 video stream. I have built the latest FFmpeg source code successfully. But I don't know how to use ffmpeg binary, the argument is too complex. Who can help me ?
