As Moritz already pointed out, the term "convert video to mp3" does not
really make sense. This also explains why you didn't find anything with
that search phrase.

What can be assumed (as Harald already mentioned) is that you would like
to extract the audio from a video and save that in MP3 format?

If this is the case, you could try to rather search for something like
"extract audio from video"?
