[FFmpeg-user] Fixing bad DTS/PTS without reencode

hi,
I have some files (video track is mpeg2 or h264) with wrong DTS and I need
to fix them.

Of course reencoding the track works quite well, but it is slow and can
reduce image quality.

If I use the option "-vcodec copy" nothing changes and additional video
parameters (i.e. "-vsync x") are ignored. It seems that all "-filter:v xyz"
causes reencode.

Since pts/dts are packet infos, is it possible to change them without
reencode?

I'm using 32bit zeranoe build of 27 dec 2012.

thanks
