[FFmpeg-user] AVC / AAC 2 passes , Incomplete MB-tree stats file. message

Good morning

I try to encode vob to flv AVC/AAC 2 passes and I am getting a
Incomplete MB-tree stats file. message before stops without outputs
the first pass is fine , the second does not complete

here is my batch file

of course the test case is an small file which starts not on keyframe 
but same problem
occurs on every input files I have used to test (small , large , vob or flv)

am I doing a mistake ?
