I am not sure I understand:
Do you think your stream does not contain any dvd_nav
packets? Or would you just prefer if ffmpeg shows the
streams that you like it to show but does not show the
streams that you would prefer not to see?
Third party applications use these packets (or can
use these packets if your prefer), ffmpeg does not
use them. Does this answer your question?
(Note that ffmpeg reports if a dca stream is
dts-hd-master but it cannot decode dts-hd-master -
just to name another example.)

If you want to report a problem with ffprobe that
is not reproducible with ffmpeg or if you have a
question regarding ffprobe that cannot be solved
with using ffmpeg, you should probably post
ffprobe output, yes.
