I think you mean it isn't true in general. But for my example, where there's no
inter-frame compression, it is true. I counted the frames and I counted the
checksums, and they are equal.

a specific frame, I might have to look at multiple audio packets, and then
figure out which audio samples in each packet belong to which frame?
