If the video does indeed conform to L4.0 and you just want to change
the metadata, that is possible. I'm not sure how to do it with ffmpeg
or if it's possible, maybe someone knows. There are other tools that
can do it if you don't need to integrate it into some current
workflow. Here is an example:
