[FFmpeg-user] How to include cue points in mp4?

I encoded a raw avi and added a cue point to the file using after effects.
Now i would like to reencode the file using ffmpeg and avanti. What would i
include in the parameters to include the source xmp metadata or how could i
create the cue point myself? This is to load an mp4 into flash player.
