This is a lossless copy of 10BitRGB444_r10k_2sec.avi
For playback with FFplay, you need fast hardware 
(ffv1 is an archive codec, it is not optimised for 
playback).
But FFplay is not the best testing application, 
better use the following to test if an input file 
is supported by FFmpeg:
$ ffmpeg -i input -vcodec mpeg4 -qscale 2 out.avi
