[FFmpeg-user] A/V sync issues & more with MediaPortal recording of ClearQAM

Yea forgot about the deinterlace.

But no the output has commercials at the beginning yet plays program audio.

If you skip the beginning commercials the first part of the program is A/V
sync but the minute you hit the second set of commercials, it's bad again.
