[FFmpeg-user] Subtitle filter and filename with quotes and spaces

I missed this, so the second level of escaping is enough for windows
command prompt shell as long as the entire string is enclosed in quotes.

So this is what worked for me finally:

subtitles="D\\:\\\\MCEBuddy\\\\MCEBuddy
2.x\\\\MCEBuddy.ServiceCMD\\\\bin\\\\x86\\\\Debug\\\\working0\\\\HD
Small\\\'.srt"
