[FFmpeg-user] Colons in file name => "Protocol not found"

Use the following workaround if your filename 
contains colons (or if you are sure that you 
provide a file but cannot rule out that the 
filename contains colons):

This is outdated and unsupported here, please test 
current FFmpeg git head before reporting issues here.
