Problem solved with the folllowing:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf
mp=eq2=1:1.68:0.3:1.25:1:0.96:1,scale=640:-1,format=pix_fmts=yuv420p
-c:v libx264 -c:a copy -shortest -f mp4 output.mp4
