Ok, I've found the cause. Sometimes it is nesscary to trim the first 5
seconds of videofile. Therefor I use "-ss 00:00:05". The result is:

Output #0, mxf, to 'C:\Users\FiebigA\Desktop\File_MXF.mxf':
  Metadata:
    encoder: FFmbc 0.7
    Stream #0.0(und): Video: mpeg2video, yuv422p, 1920x1080p [PAR 1:1 DAR
16:9], cbr, 50000 kb/s, 23.98 fps
    Stream #0.1(und): Audio: pcm_s24le, 48000 Hz, 1 channels, s32, 1152 kb/s
    Stream #0.2(und): Audio: pcm_s24le, 48000 Hz, 1 channels, s32, 1152 kb/s
Stream mapping:
  Stream #0.0 -> #0.0
  Stream #0.1 -> #0.1 [channel: 0 -> 0]
  Stream #0.1 -> #0.2 [channel: 1 -> 0]
