[FFmpeg-user] Error when installed ffmpeg from git

I couldn't find the file /etc but could locate the ffserver.conf in
~/ffmpeg_sources/ffmpeg/doc
I copied it from ~/ffmpeg_sources/ffmpeg/doc to /etc
But I am not sure if this was the right thing to do.
