[FFmpeg-user] DTS Out of Order / DTS & PTS Invalid Dropping

The solution that I used to fix the problem was to use an older version of
the software. I ended up all the way back on 2.3.5 before I found something
that fixed this issue (at the time).
I currently use that version with no issues, but I have no tried any of the
other versions (since November '14) to see if they fix the problem.
