[FFmpeg-user] New user

[Martín Capón Borrego]

Hi:
 
I downloaded the mp4 I can view from the interne.
 
I am comparing this file with mine.
 
In the mp4 file of internet has a bitrate 624 kb/s. My mp4 has only 270 kb/s. How to change it?
