[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg record from usb webcam give huge sync problem

My intention is to use ffmpeg on several system to record videos. Each
system is differen so is a pain to use -itsoffset. Is not a normal
desynchronization to use -itsoffset is some kind of timestamp mismatch
between audio and video. Video is unusable, because  from time to time
freeze about 1 second then jump ahead.
I try'it -vsync option (0 and 1) but with worst results.
