Yes, at least in nearly all cases.

Complete, uncut console output missing.
(Yes, this is needed if you want a working 
command line which is apparently what you 
want since we cannot guess the actual 
audio codec of your input file. Apart from 
that, you should always provide it to make 
the lives of those who answer here easier.)
