I am currently using the concat option with a list of repeated entries of the same video to do the loop.

Unfortuantely the audio and video run out of sync after a few days and ffmpeg throws the error:
next:277495700391 st:1 invalid dropping
PTS 4729941488, next:277495700391 invalid dropping st:1
DTS 4729942512, next:277495721724 st:1 invalid dropping
