[FFmpeg-user] Can FFMPEG output as a directshow device viewable by other windows applications ?

I looked at ffshow.

I am not a programmer.

Regarding the deinterlace process, ffshow has everything I need.

The question is what program can grab a video from my capture card, process
using ffdshow and then output as a virtual webcam ?
