It's ok to send rtsp steaming to rtsp server with ffmpeg2, but crashed when
sending with ffmpeg3.

The command used with ffmpeg2:
ffmpeg -f dshow -i video="XXX":audio="XXX" -preset fast -c:v libx264 -c:a
aac -strict -2 -ab 128k -ar 44100 -f rtsp rtsp://XXX

The command used with ffmpeg3(crashed):
ffmpeg -f dshow -i video="XXX":audio="XXX" -preset fast -c:v libx264 -c:a
aac -ab 128k -ar 44100 -f rtsp rtsp://XXX

Can anyone help?
Thanks
