[FFmpeg-user] is real ffserver removed?

It's not removed yet. It will be in the next version though, unless
someone steps up and makes some relevant fixes.

ffmpeg may fix ffserver before removal, or it may move ffserver or any
replacement into a separate repository, or may not have anything at
all.

But there should be alternatives out there. (Not as practical as just
building the ffmpeg source tree though.)
