[FFmpeg-user] DNxHD 1080p60

Hi.

Something weird is happening when I’m trying to do a DNxHD 1080p60 file. The framerate is 59.94 and not 60. 
When I create a similar file in media encoder, it outputs 60 fps.

So bug or my command?
