I get the same result using this command:
ffmpeg -rtsp_transport tcp -i rtsp://onvif:bridge@localhost:554/live/41cf4f34-e137-4559-8278-47d912c64c5b rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2/xxxxxxx -loglevel trace
