Only current FFmpeg git head is supported here.

While compilation is in very general terms required,
I suggest you try a Zeranoe binary:

Please remember not to send screen-shots here,
instead copy/paste the text into the email and
please find out what "top-posting" means and
don't do it here.

The general command line for your use-case is:
$ ffmpeg -i input output.wav
Don't try to overwrite the codec unless you know
exactly what you have to do.
